Job Description |
Capital IQ, a Standard & Poor’s Business, is currently searching for an Account Manager to open an office for our Client Development team in Seoul, Korea. The Client Development Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with current and potential clients throughout Korea, training users in a group or individual setting on the Capital IQ Platform, creating and updating detailed financial models, generating ideas for potential improvements to the Capital IQ Platform, the Clarifi Platform, the Systematic Platform or the Compustat data and other related initiatives.
For the Account Manager position, Capital IQ hires professionals from the financial services industry. Capital IQ prefers candidates with experience in the investment research, money management, investment banking or financial consulting fields. These professionals will find that Capital IQ provides a challenging and flexible environment, which values self-motivation and team collaboration.
Core Skills:
?Extensive contact network in the financial services industry throughout Asia
•Excellent analytical capabilities including financial modelling
•Strong ability to communicate with clients in a clear manner and strong presentation skills
•Established relationship building and time management skills
•Ability to develop comprehensive recommendations in efforts to improve the business
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
Specific Requirements:
•Bachelors degree required
•At least 4 years of direct experience working with the financial markets
•Bilingual in English and Korean
•Additional language skills are a plus
